This notice explains how PC Ninja Online processes the personal data of people who visit pcninjaonline.com and of people who contact us, under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process
- Browsing data. The servers hosting the website automatically log some technical data, such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited and browser type. This is needed to run the website and protect it from abuse.
- Data you send us. If you fill in the contact form: full name, email, phone (optional), service of interest and your message. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp: the content of your message and your address or number.
Please do not include special categories of data, such as health information, in your messages unless they are necessary.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
- Answering your requests and preparing quotes: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
- Managing the relationship if you become a client and meeting tax and accounting obligations: Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Website security and prevention of abuse and spam: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising and we never sell it.
4. Providing your data
Providing data is optional. Without your name, email and message, however, we cannot answer a request sent through the form.
5. How and for how long we keep it
Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months, unless a contract follows: in that case data is kept for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law (for example 10 years for accounting records). Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for the technical periods of its service.
6. Who may receive it
Data may be processed, only for the purposes above, by providers that help us deliver the service and act as data processors: the website hosting provider (Hostinger) and the email service provider. Where necessary, also by advisers such as our accountant. Data is never published.
7. WhatsApp
If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, which processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We only use the messages we receive to reply to you and handle your request.
8. Transfers outside the European Union
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.
9. Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15-22 GDPR). Write to info@pcninjaonline.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
